Shoulder injury for Clement Desalle – UPDATE 27/6
After examination today, the damage to the shoulder turned out not to be too bad. Desalle was given the green light by the doctors to participate in the Swedish GP. He can move his arm well and is not in much pain. Provided a tape, the Panda could fully defend its red leadership plate in Uddevalla. An operation after the season would be necessary to put everything back in place.
Clement Desalle had an unfortunate crash during the first round of the Lotto Trophy, BK Motocross in Tongeren. The leader in the MX1 World Championship and the Belgian Championship suffered a cut on his finger. Desalle's right shoulder also dislocated. It is still unclear what the consequences of this crash will be. The 22-year-old Rockstar Energy-Suzuki rider went to the hospital in Herentals for further examination.
