Belgium wins Coupe de l'Avenir, Netherlands wins 85cc!
Under great public interest, the Belgian team rode to a title extension in the Coupe de l'avenir in Angreau. Jeremy Delincé was not only the star among the Belgians, he also won the individual classification (1-1) ahead of Steve Lenoir and Ceriel Klein Kromhof. The Netherlands came second in the country rankings with Coldenhoff, Bastemeijer and CKK. Thanks to a victory for Triest in the final round, Team Belgium achieved victory in the three rounds. Team France came third.
The Dutch 85cc team never ran into problems in Angreau. Micha Boy De Waal (1-1) made an impression, but Bogers (4th individual) and Nijenhuis (5th individual) also delivered a solid performance. Belgium was second with Brent Van Doninck (2-2), Daymond Martens and a prime Yannick Heylen. The Young English came third.

Micha Boy De Waal leads the orange team to Coupe 85cc victory
The second 85cc round was without a doubt one of the most fun races of the day. Van Doninck was determined to get his revenge, but Micha Boy De Waal came out on top again. De Waal also won the individual victory ahead of Van Doninck. Brian Bogers finished third this time ahead of Yannick Heylen. Heylen finished third on the individual final podium. Luca Nijenhuis finished sixth.

Second series of Coupe de l'avenir again for Delincé
Jeremy Delincé confirmed his supremacy with a resounding victory in the second heat. The stylish Belgian had a lead of almost 20 seconds over Milko Potisek at the finish. The Frenchman pushed briefly in the beginning to maintain contact with Delincé, but 'Deli-Express' was simply a class too strong. Wouts had a mediocre start but was able to move up from seventh place to fourth after the first lap. CKK was the best Dutchman, Bastemijer came 13th. The catch-up race in this round was done by Terreblanche, who recovered from 23rd to 7th. For the last round (MX2/MX1), Belgium has a comfortable lead, the Netherlands is second, Germany third.

The Netherlands started as favorite in the Coupe 85cc. The orange trio also fulfilled that role perfectly in the opening series. Brent Van Doninck took the holeshot, but was unable to provide any resistance to Micha-Boy De Waal. The Belgian team did a good job with the surprisingly strong Yannick Heylen who finished third. Britain's Clark Connor finished fourth ahead of Frenchman Germain Jamet. The Netherlands is currently leading the country competition in 85cc.

The Belgian defending champions did not miss their start in sun-drenched Angreau. The holeshot went to Terreblanche, Delincé was second and quickly passed the South African. Delincé increasingly ran away while behind him a bitter duel broke out between Terreblanche, Norwegians and Lenoir. Ultimately, Delincé would also win easily, although the chasing Terreblanche and the Swede Norwegians still made up quite a bit of time in the final phase.
The Dutch riders, Coldenhoff and Ceriel Klein Kromhof, had a mediocre start but were able to make up a few places. Ceriel was sixth, Coldenhoff was seventh. Triest was trapped at the start and had to give chase. The Diga-KTM rider came in ninth.
