The permanent circuit of Rognee was the setting for the Belgian Nationals match of MCC Beaumont. Like every year, the club from the south of Hainaut gave its competition an extra touch by organizing the Makita Superfinal. This final was a perfect fit for Jeremy Delincé. The Liège native had also won both series at the Inters Open earlier in the day. In the final standings he was ahead of the very young Julien Lieber and the Swiss Tobias Elmer.
In the Seniors, newcomer Damien Denil immediately handed over his calling card. With a second place in series 1 and victory in series 2, the former GP rider underlined his ambitions in this class. By the way, it was Wallonia up there in Rognée because there was a “Sudiste” on stage in almost all classes. The only Flemish day victory was that of Arnaud Wauters from Latem at the Nationals MX2.
