Photo report: BMB champions awarded
Last weekend the traditional BMB awards ceremony took place in Taverne De Griffel in Tessenderlo. A lot of well-known off-road people were at the roll call, because the Belgian champions and Joël Robert Trophy laureates in motocross received their cup, medal and certificate. In addition, the Coupe de l'Avenir laureates were also presented with flowers. 18-year-old Maxim Warenghien - who came second in the Youth Trials World Championship - deservedly won the promising Younger trophy. MX columnist and world sidecar champion Joris Hendrickx received the Golden Steering Wheel. That is the highest sporting award from the BMB with renowned names such as Stefan Everts and Joël Smets on the honors list. Dirk De Coster provided a photo report of this evening.
