In heat 2, Max Spies led from start to finish. Noah Ludwig and 'Moosdijk' moved up with him but could not catch him. Behind the three leaders was the Koch family, with Nico followed by Tom. 'Moosdijk' sprinted past Ludwig quite quickly to take second place, and that looked set to be the top three. Nico Greutman rode in the chase for a while.
