Everything was perfectly organized, and Jean-Paul (Living for The Weekend) knew how to use his tools effectively, ensuring everyone got in smoothly. Party DJ Jeroen gently roused the packed crowd before the first topic of conversation.

In an online vote, the cyclocross duo Cédric Grobben and Amber Everts were elected Motocross Ambassadors for 2025. They won by a large margin, beating the Motorcross Rescue Team and the winning SQMON Quads team.

Then it was on to a classic: the World Championship for Currywurst (Frikandel) Special Food. Two finalists were pitted against each other after two rounds of qualifying. Belgium's Arne Tielens swept the championship with a full frikandel (currywurst) length lead. No, no photo, because the finalists didn't look particularly good in the first minute after the final whistle.

Following this, and in two swiftly executed performances, more than 100 podium finishers took the stage for a well-deserved trophy. It was now Saturday. A somewhat elderly man drove home satisfied well after midnight, and the MX After Season party really got going. The thanks were pouring in – figuratively speaking. That was a blast, man...
