TTwo days after leaving Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing, Christian Craig has been officially announced as a Quad Lock Honda rider for the 2025 FIM World Supercross Championship. He will be Joey Savatgy's teammate in the SX1 class.

Craig competed in eight Monster Energy AMA Supercross races this season as a Monster Energy Star Yamaha rider. His best result was eleventh place, achieved in Birmingham, Denver, and Salt Lake City. Although he qualified for the 450 Supermotocross championship races, he wasn't scheduled to race with Monster Energy Yamaha Star Racing. This led him to choose the new challenge with Quad Lock Honda.

"This is an incredible moment for me. I've experienced a lot of success with Honda in the past and know what this team is capable of. They've already beaten the big teams with Kenny (Roczen), Anstie, McElrath, and Savatgy, among others. Their bikes, their staff, and their approach are top-notch. That's why I'm confident I can compete for victories here as well. The team's goal is crystal clear: to win. I'm grateful for this opportunity and can't wait to get started," said Cristian Craig.

The first round of the World Supercross Championship kicks off on October 18 in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia at the Merdeka Stadium.
