OThe Latvian Motorcycle Federation (LaMSF) has announced its team for the Motocross of Nations: Jānis and Kārlis Reisulis and Pauls Jonass.
LaMSF Motocross Commission Chairman Raivis Zirups announced the riders as follows:
- Karlis Alberts Reisulis, MXGP
- Janis Martins Reisulis, MX2
- Pauls Jonass, Open
Mairis Pumpurs was appointed as a reserve rider. The Latvian federation is also struggling with the budget for this edition of the MX of Nations at Ironman Raceway in the US state of Indiana.
Given the project costs, with a total budget of €60.000, potential sponsors are invited to contribute and make this ambitious project possible. This support guarantees the opportunity to send the strongest and most competitive squad to the international stage, including all logistics and air transport, as well as the shipping of the drivers' and team's technical equipment.
