TIn recent months, there has been considerable discussion within the ranks of the classic car racing committee regarding the implementation of several drastic measures. All this to ensure the future of the Belgian Classic Car Racing Championship. The most important measure is the rejuvenation of the Pré 95 Masters class to the so-called Ultra-EVO Pré 2005 series.
The category will also become a separate series within the BOTC schedule for motorcycles built between January 1, 1992, and December 31, 2004. Both four-stroke and two-stroke engines will be allowed, thus creating an identical copy of the period just before and after the turn of the century.
To top it all off, the thickness of the fork legs will be freely selectable. This class will be open to all owners of these motorcycles and will therefore also be the series where the Inters and Nationals of the modern series will have their place. The Ultra-EVO Pré 2005 will be an open category with no age limits for riders and will be open to riders aged 18 and over.
