MWith two races remaining in Bitche and Holzgerlingen, it's becoming interesting to keep an eye on the title chances. Everything's been said for the MX Masters; here we'll discuss the other classes.

The Youngster Cup in Gaildorf was Max Grau's playground. He won three heats and was a whole lot faster than Liechtenstein's Lionel Reich. Reich, in turn, held off Mads Fredsoe. We had to find our way behind Bradley Mesters. The leader in the standings was back in sixth place. Mesters remains the leader, but Fredsoe is closing in on him to within four points. Corne Smulders finished 7th, Maxime Lucas 18th. Mick Kennedy and Jr. Bal scored no points.

Ricardo Pini's ninth-place finish in the EMX125 class didn't go unnoticed. The Italian won both heats of the ADAC Junior Cup. Fellow Dutchman Ian Ampoorter finished second on both occasions. Moritz Ernecker was third on the podium. Jayson van Drunen finished 11th, and Mike Visser 22nd. The rest of the lowlanders were at the Keiheuvel. By finishing two heats ahead of Ernecker, Ampoorter is doing well. He now leads his class by 21 points.

Gaildorf was a bit too far for the youngest 85cc riders. Not for Lucas Leok, who is currently winning everything he starts. Theo Nindelt finished second, ahead of Luca Nierychlo. Leok has become practically unattainable for Swiss Jarno Jansen, who didn't score very well. Harry Dale didn't score any points but remains third.
