HThe British Motul MX Championship is halfway through. After the Landrake race, there are four more events, the last of which has not yet been scheduled for a venue.
Veteran Tommy Searle won the MX2 class ahead of Charlie Heyman and Oriol Oliver. Kay Karsssemakers finished fourth. The first race was won by Ben Mustoe, who was eliminated in the final race after running in fifth place. Searle is now a bit more firmly in the lead with a 14-point advantage. Second-placed Billy Askew didn't perform as well, and Heyman is hot on his heels, one point behind.
Conrad Mewse convincingly won both MX1 races again, one ahead of Josh Gilbert, the other ahead of Adam Sterry. These two also shared the podium. Mewse leads comfortably, but Sterry and Gilbert are not dropping many points.
