AAustralia once again relies on a winning MXoN team featuring Jett & Hunter Lawrence and Kyle Webster.
Motorcycling Australia has confirmed the team that will compete in the Monster Energy FIM Motocross of Nations (MXoN) from October 3-5, 2025, in the USA. Just like last year, the federation has selected Jett Lawrence, Hunter Lawrence, and Kyle Webster – the successful trio that led Australia to its first victory in this prestigious Nations Cup in 2024.

Despite injuries, the Lawrence brothers are back in top form during the American supercross season. They currently sit first and second in the AMA Pro Motocross Championship in the 1MX class, with Jett continuing his unparalleled dominance from 2. Kyle Webster, the reigning Australian champion, completes the team once again.
team manager Michael Byrne – a former MXoN rider himself – calls it a unique challenge: for the first time, Australia will be defending champions, which brings added pressure. Yet, he sees motivation and determination in his riders above all:"The memory of our victory last year in England is still vivid. It was an emotional moment for the entire team, and also for the generations of drivers who came before us," said Byrne. "We know this will be a test, but the team is in top form and is leaving nothing to chance. We are determined to win again."

Byrne is again supported by Gary Benn – former team manager – and Mark Luksich, the motocross commissioner for Motorcycling Australia. At stake? Nothing less than a historic double victory. No country has won the Chamberlain Trophy two years in a row since France in 2014 and 2015. Team Australia is aiming for nothing less.
