DThe very first GP at the KymiRing may not have been MotoGP, but there was certainly action! The Monster Energy Yamaha Factory MXGP team competed in Finland in the iconic red and white Yamaha colors, celebrating the Japanese brand's 70th anniversary. This very weekend, Calvin Vlaanderen rode to his first podium of the season.
Meanwhile, things are really starting to heat up in the EMX classes. Janis Reisulis (VHR VRT Yamaha Official EMX250) was touched by his biggest title rival, Noel Zancocz, costing him valuable points in the title fight. Mano Faure (MJC Yamaha Official EMX125) fought his way to a strong second place and is now only six points behind his nearest rival, with one round remaining!
