VNicolo Alvisi did not have much left at the end on Dani Heitink and Aron Katona. But the series victory of the Italian was enough to bring him to second place in the intermediate standings. Admittedly with a 22 points deficit on leader Katona. The latter had started abominably bad, never forced and can be satisfied with third place. In the knowledge that he can compete for the grand prix on Monday.

Initially, Ryan Oppliger and Filippo Mantovani led the pack. Alvisi was in third place while of the Belgians only Jarne Bervoets was in tenth place. Douwe Van Mechgelen, Seth Priem and Ian Ampoorter were only after thirtieth place. Perhaps a result of the traffic jam on the first right. Then Mantovani crashed and Alvisi immediately had the chance to successfully attack Oppliger. Heitink had also moved up and would snatch second place from the German. In the meantime, Katona, who had started badly, was picking everyone up and rival Francesco Bellei went down. This left only Alvisi of his direct rivals ahead of him. Katona kept chasing and just before the end he even got in Heitink's wheel. But there was too much traffic on the track and Katona remained third. In his wake Gennaro Utech finished with Mano Faure in fifth place ahead of Oppliger. Jarne did not get off his tenth place. Douwe crashed in round three, but exchanged the last place for a 25th. Ian became 30th, Seth 37th.
