Dhe second round of the MXGP in Cózar, Spain, saw an epic battle against the elements as riders took on one of the most challenging tracks ever seen. Heavy rain turned the Spanish circuit into a treacherous mud-fest that pushed both man and machine to their limits.

Amidst the mud and chaos, the next generation of motocross royalty emerged, making their mark despite the brutal conditions. Levi Townley, son of 2004 MX2 World Champion Ben Townley, battled through his European Championship debut, gaining valuable experience in some of the toughest conditions imaginable.

Jarne Bervoets, son of four-time world championship runner-up Marnicq Bervoets, celebrated his 16th birthday in spectacular style with his very first victory in the EMX125 round. The young Belgian mastered the challenging conditions and took the championship lead for the first time in his career!
