HUnfortunately, Jeffrey Herlings will have to miss the first race of the 2025 FIM MXGP World Championship. The Brabander is working hard on his comeback from a knee injury he sustained last year. This happened during the KNMV ONK finals at the Valkenswaard circuit. The 30-year-old motocrosser is in the final phase of his rehabilitation after surgery on his torn right ACL. Since the surgery, 'The Bullet' has been following a strict rehabilitation schedule and the good news is that he will soon be able to get back on the bike!

Jeffrey Herlings:
“We are on track. I can do everything except riding the bike: cycling, swimming, strength training – and in a few weeks we will pick up where we left off. 2024 wasn’t great, but it wasn’t bad. We raced a lot, fought for the title, took a few GP wins and were on the podium fifteen times. I wanted to start 2025 stronger than ever, so this injury came at a bad time. But now I’m focused on a strong second half of the season. The injury was strange, not much pain after the surgery, but recovery takes time. I want to get back on the bike as soon as possible and chase success with my Red Bull KTM Factory Racing team… but we have to be patient for a little while longer. I want to race.”
