Hhe upcoming Grand Prix season we will see a new name in the FIM MX2 World Championship. Martin Michelis will be riding for Team Young Motion powered by Resa during a large number of the European Grand Prix. The 21-year-old Estonian has had a number of injuries in recent years, which has prevented him from being in the spotlight.

“I’m really looking forward to 2025. It’s always been a dream to start in the Grand Prix, and now it’s going to come true. The plan is to race most of the European Grand Prix, the ADAC MX2 Championship, the Estonian Championship and some races in the Netherlands.”
Team manager Ron aan de Stegge:
"We want a combination of riders with GP experience and young talents. Martin falls into the latter category. He has already proven that he has top 10 speed in the EMX250 class and has achieved podium finishes in the ADAC. We believe that with a good and injury-free winter preparation, he can take a step forward in his development in 2025 and be competitive in MX2."
