MHonorable MX champion Dietger Damiaens (Dam Racing KTM) is well on his way to building a magnificent record of achievements in enduro. The likeable Limburger ended his season with a 3rd place in the E2 in the EC Enduro. The final of the EC Enduro took place last week in Wolterdorf, Germany.

For Damiaens it was another crowning achievement after a tough European Championship season. Two years ago he won the title in the E3 class, now he had to tolerate only Daniel Mundell and Alex Walton in front of him in the stronger E2 category. After a real thriller with Mathias Van Hoof, the KTM rider won the World Cup Open 2020S enduro title in 4.

In his own country he already rode to the Inters title in the Enduro for Henson Lievens and Antoine Magain. With the Belgian team he finished a great 6th during the ISDE in Spain and last but not least Dietger won the 12h of La Chinelle together with Matteo Puffet and Nicolas Dercourt. Talk about a great season!

Dietger Damiaens: “On Saturday in Germany it didn’t go so well because I lost almost 1 minute in the first Extreme test. Sunday went much better and I did reach a good level with a 2nd place in the E2 and 6th in the scratch. Always great to end the year on a positive note! A big thank you to all the friends who helped me all year. And also thanks to my girlfriend Kimcy for traveling Europe with me. The season is now over. Thanks again to everyone who supported me in any way!”
