In Italy the fourth race was held in the framework of the FIM Sand Races World Cup. Our compatriot Amandine Verstappen can no longer be caught up and thus takes the title for women.
Last weekend, Verstappen beat none other than six-time world champion Kiara Fontanesi in Bibione.
Amandine Verstappen: "After the win in Italy I am now sure of the title with two rounds to go. I still want to finish the championship with a good feeling, so I will see you in Portugal in three weeks and at the end of the month in Hossegor to celebrate in style.
