DThe FIM Sand Race World Cup, founded in 2023, was this weekend in its fourth race in a series of six. In Bibione, near the Italian city of Venice, Todd Kellett was able to win both series of the so-called Biblione Sand Storm.

In the first race he got off to a bad start but then came up strong. He eventually won the race thanks to a strong final sprint during the last two laps. Jeremy Hauquier came in second while Yentel Martens managed to finish third.

The second series was very different. Kellett was now immediately at the front and was very authoritarian. He was able to triumph with overwhelming force and with the double win he also took the final victory there at the Adriatic Sea. Yentel Martens now became second ahead of Hauquier. Amandine Verstappen became the winner in the women's race and was able to win the race in Bibione ahead of six-time world champion Kiara Fontanesi. Junior Bal also drove a great race and became 15th overall.

Limburger and motocross veteran André Vossius finished a great third in the veteran category, he scored an excellent 17th place in the general ranking.

French top athlete Keveen Rochereau was in the same flow as Kellett and won both heats in the quads. He beat German Manfred Zienecker in the final standings. Oliver Vandendijck just missed the podium and was able to claim fourth place. Glenn De Swarte, also a compatriot, came in a fine seventh in Italy.
