DThe French factory rider of the Kawasaki Racing Team announced yesterday on social media that he is ready to compete again in the Motocross World Championship. Romain Febvre will be behind the starting gate in Loket on July 21.

In full preparation for his home GP in Saint-Jean d'Angély, he injured his thumb and, despite the excruciating pain, finished the race. He even finished on the podium but had to sit out the subsequent MXGP of Germany to allow the injury to heal.

In Teutschenthal he achieved a third place during the qualifications but then stayed in the riders' park because the pain was unbearable. Febvre therefore stayed away from Latvia, Italy and Indonesia and has therefore dropped to seventh place in the ranking.
