IIn Thailand's Si Racha Dylan Ferrandis and Antonio Cairoli won their qualifying heat. Ferrandis surprisingly beat Herlings again after a super exciting duel that lasted for laps. In the MXGP class Cairoli led from start to finish. He beat Desalle, Van Horebeek and Simpson.

In the MX2 class it looks like Dylan Ferrandis can put Herlings under pressure. With a second victory in as many weekends after a direct match, this is something that has rarely happened to Herlings in recent years. He already indicated last week that he was not driving well, but Ferrandis still proves that beating Herlings is possible... Glenn Coldenhoff finished in third place, followed by Tixier, Anstie and Febvre. Julien Lieber crossed the finish line in 13th place.

In the MXGP, Tony's injury doesn't seem to bother him much. He led the entire race and had a 10 second lead over Clement Desalle at the finish. Jeremy van Horebeek rode well to third place and was followed by Simpson, Searle and Frossard. World Championship leader Paulin finished seventh, Strijbos eighth and Roelants 10th. Jens Getteman had to retire due to excessive wrist pain and Max Nagl called it quits after his rear brake failed.
