Clement Desalle has become the great victor of 'The Battle of the Ardennes' in Bastogne. In the first series he still had to tolerate World Champion Antonio Cairoli. The Rockstar Energy Suzuki rider tried with an ultimate attack in the last lap, but went a bit too fast after the double jump and fell.
But after the start in the second series he immediately left his mark on the match. Cairoli tried to make it difficult for Desalle, but just before half the race Desalle gradually extended his lead. Clement Desalle took his third grand prix win of the season.

Second place in the Belgian Grand Prix went to Antonio Cairoli, who saw the celebration of the new world title postponed for a week. In third place we had the Russian Evgeny Bobryshev who took his second podium place of the season.

After Clement Desalle, Kevin Strijbos was our best representative in the home Grand Prix. With a seventh and fourth place he just missed the podium. Who also missed the podium and scored the same number of points as Strijbos was Jeremy van Horebeek. The Jerre took fifth place twice at the Bastogne circuit.
