Valentin Guillod won the third round of the EMX250 in Uddevalla, Sweden. For the Swiss this was the third victory in a row in this EMX250 class. The second place went to our compatriot Damon Graulus who rode a great race there in Uddevalla. Graulus rode in the lead for a long time but had to bow his head to the leader in the standings Valentin Guillod.
From Finale…
The holeshot was for the leader in the intermediate standings Valentin Guillod ahead of our compatriot Damon Graulus. The Standing Construct KTM rider did not wait and immediately pushed through to the lead. Behind Graulus we now had Brian Bogers, Valentin Guillod and Karlis Sabulis. Our second compatriot Brent Vandoninck came in sixth place. Just before halfway through the race we even had two Belgians in the top three. Damon Graulus was still in the lead ahead of Valentin Guillod and in third place was Brent Vandoninck. With six laps to go Guillod starts to attack Graulus's lead. Graulus is able to keep the door closed for a few laps but still has to let the Swiss pass. In that same lap Van Doninck also makes a mistake and falls back a long way. As of the last lap Graulus is back on Guillod's wheel. Graulus attacks Guillod's position, but falls. Luckily for the Standing Construct KTM rider, he can still hold on to second place ahead of the upcoming Jeremy Seewer.
Valentin Guillod wins this final of the EMX250 ahead of our compatriot Damon Graulus and Jeremy Seewer. From the Dutch side we get Brian Bogers in fourth place and Micha Boy De Waal in fifth place. Brent Van Doninck who rode nicely in third place unfortunately had to give up with mechanical problems.
