OThe sixth GP of the season will be held this weekend on the beautiful circuit of St-Jean d'Angély. In an oppressive heat, the heat played an important role in the qualifying series.

In the MX2 class it was Herlings who took the fastest start. He quickly got Searle on his wheel who tried to put the Dutchman under pressure. The Englishman succeeded as he came through first just after halfway. Herlings tried to fight back but had to settle for second place. Jeremy van Horebeek followed in third place and home rider Valentin Teillet crossed the finish line in fourth place. Roelants was 8th, Lieber 16th and Fors 21st.

In the MX1 class it were the Pourcel brothers who took the lead. Christophe took the lead but failed to create a gap. Gautier Paulin, Cairoli and Desalle soon came to push themselves and finished 2,3, 4 and XNUMX. Paulin was never really able to attack Pourcel but had to watch out for Cairoli, who eventually crashed during an attack. Desalle moved up to third place and Cairoli finished fourth. Ken de Dycker crashed on the first lap and started again as the very last.
