Red Bull KTM'er Ryan Dungey won the 15th and penultimate round of the AMA Supercross Championship in Salt Lake City in front of 40.548 fans.
Toyota/Yamaha/JGRMX's Davi Millsaps drove to the holeshot ahead of Ryan Dungey. However, Jake Weimer quickly moved up to second place. On the eighth lap, Dungey regained second place from Weimer. The Kawa rider responded promptly and knocked Dungey to the ground! However, Dungey regrouped and with just a few laps to go, he took down Weimer. After Millsaps made a mistake on lap 18, Dungey was quick to take advantage. Millsaps finished second and Weimer finished third.an
