HThe sound of a 2-stroke on the Fermo circuit opened many eyes. Roczen surprised friend and foe by finishing fourth on his 2-stroke in the MX2 qualification. Normally there would have been another 1-stroke in the MX2 for none other than Tony Cairoli. Unfortunately this did not happen but above all we saw a lot of spectacle today under a leaden sun.
