NAfter the German GP, ​​Roger Harvey, Honda Motor Europe Off-road Racing Manager, announced that Evgeny Bobryshev's contract has been extended until 2013. The 23-year-old Russian is considered one of the brightest prospects in the MX1 World Championship. Bobryshev is in his first season as a Honda factory rider, so far he has won one GP and finished on the podium three times. Last year Bobryshev made his MX1 debut with CAS-Honda. Since Honda World Motocross also still has Rui Goncalves under contract, the Honda factory team is one of the first teams to finalize its line-up for 2012.
