Job description:
A lot of independence and responsibility is expected of you in this versatile position. Your tasks include;
– support management in many areas;
– purchasing and sales planning;
– maintenance and updating of website;
– actively preparing commercial promotions and newsletters;
– handling sponsorship applications and preparing sponsorship contracts;
– organizing, planning and coordinating participation in international fairs;
– handle and distribute daily incoming mail for management;
– Maintain ISO 9001:2008 quality management system.
Job requirements:
– HBO working and thinking level;
– Sufficient knowledge of the MS Office package and Exact Globe;
– Good command of English/German language, spoken and written;
– You have good social skills to deal adequately and effectively with frequent contacts;
– Able to work independently, but also in a team, accurate and quick-witted;
– You can complete multiple assignments against deadlines and you can plan well;
– You are flexible and do not have a 9 to 5 mentality.
